Terms of Service

Manward is run by company name, address, country (“Manward”, “we”). You can reach us at [email protected].

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Manward at manward.app or in our apps.

Manward is an AI mentor: software that talks with you about your life, your decisions and your habits, and remembers what matters so you don’t start from zero each time.

It isn’t a person, a therapist or a doctor, and it doesn’t give medical, legal or financial advice. Its replies can be wrong or incomplete, so use your own judgement, especially for big decisions.

Manward isn’t an emergency service. If you might hurt yourself or someone else, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe) or a crisis line.

You need to be at least 18 to use Manward.

You sign in with Google, or with your email and a one-time code. Keep your email account safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

One account per person, and please don’t share it.

• Yearly: 7 days free, then €103.99 a year. When you start the free trial you add a card, and nothing is charged during the 7 days. If you don’t cancel, we charge €103.99 on day 7. We email you two days before.
• Monthly: €12.99 a month, charged from the day you start. There’s no free trial on monthly.
• Plans renew automatically every year or every month, at the price you signed up for, until you cancel. If the price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before, so you can cancel first.
• Prices include VAT where it applies. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• The free trial is once per person.

Cancel any time in Settings → Plan. You keep everything until the end of the free trial or the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Cancel during the free trial and you pay nothing.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment: write to [email protected] and we refund it.

Charged when you didn’t mean to be? Write to us soon after and we’ll sort it out.

Your messages, your voice calls and the notes in your memory are yours. You let us use them only to run Manward for you: to reply, to remember what matters and to keep the service safe. We don’t use your conversations to train AI models.

You can see, change or delete what Manward remembers on your Memory page, and delete conversations or your whole account in Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest.

Don’t use Manward to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, or to create sexual content involving minors. Don’t try to break, overload, copy or resell the service. If you do, we may suspend or close your account.

Manward will change as we build it. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email you at least 30 days before. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the change applies.

You can delete your account any time in Settings → Your data. We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we close yours without a good reason, we refund what’s left of your paid period.

We work hard to keep Manward available and useful, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for decisions you make based on Manward’s replies.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

These terms are governed by the law of country. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
